The Secretary of Telecommunications Maximiliano Martinhão defended on Wednesday, 15/02, the government the government to do a review on the issue ofmanagement of scarce resources, in order to attract new investment to the diffusionof broadband in the country.
According to him, two alternatives may be taken into account in future discussions of the subject between the Anatel and the Ministry of Communications. The most radicalwould be the resumption of frequencies acquired by companies that just do notexploiting them services.
